F.A.Q

.  I’m worried that my property will need a lot of work to be sellable?

No problem, we buy properties in any condition.

.  Do you buy all types of properties?

Irrespective of the type of property, leasehold, freehold, , vacant, tenanted or even commercial, so long as it is based in the UK we can buy it.

.  Do I need a Solicitor?

A: Yes you will but if you don’t have one we can arrange this for you and will cover costs on completion up to a maximum of £500.

. How long can I expect the process to take?

We can complete in as little as 2 weeks if required, but usually the whole process takes 3 to 4 weeks.

.  What kind of offer can I expect for my property?

No two properties are the same, but as a ball park figure.  We commonly offer a trade price of between 70% – 80% of the market value  of your property in its current condition. Should you be selling and renting back, the offer price is directly related to the rent you can afford.

Q: I have been offered 85% of market value for my property, are you prepared to beat or match the offer?

Maybe, 85% or more in the current market is considered a very good offer. The highest offer is not always the best solution.  What we offer in service, dependability and ethics is not easy too match.  Quality is not based on price alone, but we are prepared to be flexible if the property warrants special interest.

.  It is important for me to get the very top price for my property, but I may reduce my price by a couple thousand, can I still contact you?

No, in such a case you should stick with an estate agent; the downside is you’ll have to undergo a lengthy sale process which could last up to 6 months or even a year and still run the risk of collapsing at the last minute.
